Coach Sinegal is in her 8th year at LCHS and 32nd year in education.  She is the Assistant Campus Athletic Coordinator,  Head Volleyball Coach, and Department Chair for the Physical Education Department.

Coach Sinegal earned her B.A. in Social Work and a M.S. in Human Performance from Texas Southern University.  Coach Sinegal is married to Walter Sinegal, Jr, and has two children, Troy and Trey Sinegal.
